Night of the Iguana Chai Black Crafted from Japanese Kibushi ClayThis Chai was always a favorite when we served Afternoon Tea. In fact, it was hard to keep it on the shelf. In honor of Author Tennessee Williams, the Tea Master created this complex blend with a full bodied Assam and a heady blend of spices from the Malabar Coast of India including sharp ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. Add a little milk or cream to create a delightful chai latte. To Steep: Use 1 tsp tea per 8 oz.
