We have since replaced or grafted those vines with more Semillon and now source some old vine Chardonnay from just over the fence on the Casuarina vineyard

This label is an exploration into the world of minimal intervention ‘natural’ wines using grapes from one of the Hunter Valley’s most iconic Semillon vineyards

but with an underlying grunt of concentrated fruit and 'punchy' premium French oak
